Terms of Sale - MY BOOST

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions carried out through the MY BOOST website (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the seller"). By placing an order on our site, you accept these Terms of Sale without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of online services provided by MY BOOST, primarily the purchase of followers, likes, views and interactions on social networks.

2. Access to the Service

MY BOOST's services are reserved for persons aged at least 18 years or who have parental authorization. By validating their order, the customer certifies that they meet these conditions. MY BOOST accepts no liability in the event of a false declaration.

3. Orders

Any order entails an obligation to pay. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. No modification of the link or the information entered may be made once the order is validated. In the event of a customer error (incorrect link, deleted account, removed post, etc.), the order is considered delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for technical, legal, ethical or availability reasons.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included. They may be changed at any time, but services are billed on the basis of the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made exclusively online via secure systems (bank card, PayPal, etc.). No order will be processed before receipt of full payment.

6. Delivery and Execution

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the social networks. The service is considered "delivered" once the followers, likes, views or interactions have been added to the link provided.

If the link becomes inactive (deletion, switch to private, entry error, etc.) before the end of execution, the service is considered performed with no possibility of re-crediting or transfer.

7. Quality of Services

The customer acknowledges that the quality of the profiles (photo, name, activity, etc.) may vary depending on the services and providers, and that MY BOOST does not guarantee real or active followers. The services are intended solely for promotional purposes.

8. Refund Policy

No refund can be made once the service has been delivered, even in the event of a subsequent loss of interactions or a change in the policy of the social networks.

No refund is possible in the event of a major external issue (complaint for damage to reputation, account deletion, dispute with third parties, etc.) because the followers have already been sent and cannot be removed by our services.

An automatic compensation (refill) system is in place every 30 days, once per month maximum and per order, via customer service.

9. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes not to use our services for illegal purposes: identity theft, scams, fraud, fake reviews, hateful content, promotion of illegal activities or activities not compliant with the rules of the social networks.

MY BOOST reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of suspected misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the stability of results over time. Social networks may change their algorithms, remove followers or interactions, or suspend accounts without notice.

MY BOOST cannot be held liable for losses of visibility, revenue or accounts following the use of its services.

11. Commercial use or resale

The customer accepts that MY BOOST is not responsible for the commercial consequences of the resale of its services. The refill guarantee applies only to the direct customer who placed the order.

12. Personal data

MY BOOST collects only the data necessary to fulfill the order. No personal data (email, password, credentials) is stored or transmitted to unauthorized third parties. The customer remains responsible for their own security measures.

13. Force Majeure

MY BOOST cannot be held liable for any failure to fulfill its contractual obligations in the event of a force majeure event (server failure, war, cataclysm, technical blocking of the platforms, etc.).

14. Changes to the Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale may be modified at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent court will be that of MY BOOST's registered office.
